Exchange and Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- Return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Bhavan's Mahila Vibhag will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- Bhavan's Mahila Vibhag will not allow the exchange of online products in any of our units. For product exchange, the customer can select new products from our website once the returned products have received and verified.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
- Please send a reason email to us before return the product at: info@mahilavibhag.com. We would entertain the product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy or for any other reason.
However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Kindly note that It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.
